"Jootz"!?! . . . what does that mean? It's the first question everybody asks.
Hi, I'm Judy McGrane, proprietor of Jootz, which is a nickname given to me by my family when I was very young. (I guess "Judy" was too much of a mouthful for my family.)
I started Jootz a few years ago after spending some 20 years as a transportation manager in the Philadelphia area . (A natural progression, right?)
Nothing against being a transportation manager, but I suppose I'm now doing what I secretly always wanted to do. And that is designing and hand-crafting home and gift items that are fun to make and a bit unusual.
Maybe more importantly, I like to think that
